To learn and to communicate, it is necessary to
listen, your colleagues; teammates and
your boss are a great source of information and advice.
Let me recommend you a book: "how to talk so
kids will listen & listen so kids will talk".
Reading the former book I’ve learnt that there is a
significant relationship between kid’s feelings and their behaviors/performances.
You can extrapolate this to adult’s communication. It is essential that when
communicating your words reflects acknowledge of the other party feelings. This
happens like this because the human being- it doesn’t matter an adult or young
boy - needs that his feelings are accepted and respected.
