I like the idea, a world in constant change makes that what once worked well turns out obsolete. Progress requires to stimulate ideas, innovation, insight, research of new ways of doing things. To be effective, it is necessary to be able to adapt and to know how to lead changes. I would like to motivate, to give empowerment to the group in order that it takes part and benefit of the overcome of changes. There is not doubt that it should be necessary to bring together people, to connect with partners and stakeholders: that are not connected yet, in other words to do networking - that is what I'm doing now-. We agree that it is necessary to design new models of process recombining in a different way actors and resources, should credentials be doubtfulness not the power of ideas.
