I like very
much the following formula confidence(trust) + control = constant, the more the
confidence the less the need to control the outputs.
To earn trust
it is paramount that "situations of make contact" exists, in other words:

you need to meet that person.
Nevertheless,
we must be aware of the communication enemies: prideignorance (the
ignorance of other one) and e-mail.
Communication
differs from persuasion, persuasion aims is to align the interests of the
public with those of the speaker, and persuasion obeys the principles of
rhetoric.
