Leadership
can be defined as the relationship between leaders and partners. Leadership
could be understood as a professional relationship of influence where the leader
offers her partner an attractive work that provides the later with knowledge
and commitment. This former leader is compelling and a visionary, frequently with
utmost communications skills that encourage partner’s empowerment. There is also
another kind of leaders where apart of attractive challenges it asks for the need
of people of a well done work, based in the sense of their mission. This Leader
is strongly committed with the project, gives a good example and foments the
leadership in her collaborators in other words encourage ownership.
